Senior Vice President

Marc Posthumus is the founding and principal member of Posthumus Team, with over twenty years of experience in the CRE industry. His primary areas of focus are office, medical, and industrial leasing and sales. Mr. Posthumus is an expert in the area of owner-occupied real estate and private capital investment sales. He has extensive experience working with investors and repositioning real estate to drive the highest possible value. Mr. Posthumus also works closely with clients to navigate through the process of both conventional and SBA financing to maximize their return on their real estate investment.

Ethan Kuzmack is a Client Services Coordinator for Posthumus Team. With his dedication, efficiency and experience, he delivers high quality work and provides exceptional support to the team.
